Experience
Luke was previously Development Manager at Cosworth Technology, eventually taking project delivery responsibility for half of the company’s business. He founded IP with the other directors in 1999 after the sale of Cosworth Technology.
Helix has a track record of innovating for competitive advantage while achieving a better fit to client needs – working out how to do this falls under Luke’s remit. He was previously instrumental in developing the technology package that enabled IP’s rapid transition into electric drives. More recently, Luke was the architect of the techno-commercial strategy making Helix’s high-performance electric drives accessible to more clients at greater scale.
Outside work
Luke lives in a Northamptonshire village with his wife and teenage daughter. He has several motorcycles between 30 and 40 years old, and enjoys outdoor activities, especially the annual skiing trip.
