Roger is responsible for key customer projects and leads the development of FEA techniques.

Experience
Roger held technical leadership roles during a 12-year career at Cosworth. As Chief Engineer, Powertrain Development and R&D at Cosworth Engineering, he was responsible for all development engineering activities, including people and techniques, across multiple projects. He founded Integral Powertrain with his fellow directors in 1999.
Roger oversaw the design and development of Integral e-Drive’s initial world-leading, high power, high torque density e-machines, which are now used in hybrid and EV traction applications. Roger is focused on ensuring Integral e-Drive has world-class analytical capability and he provides detailed technical support on the most challenging issues.
Outside work
Roger has competed in rallying, as a driver, at national level for 30 years, including winning the National Championship in 1998. He still displays and competes in an ex-works (Juha Kankkunen-driven) Subaru Impreza WRC from 2000, which he has owned since 2005.
