Experience
Warren has a wealth of experience in business leadership, strategy, and operations. He has spent most of his career in design-led precision engineering businesses, predominantly in the powertrain industry. Having worked in both the OEM and Tier 1 businesses like Cosworth, Audi GmbH, Mahle GmbH and JCB in various roles, including CEO, Group Manufacturing Director and Managing Director. His management style is collaborative and engaging, balanced by a decisive mind ensuring goals are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
Outside work
Warren is married with three grown-up children, two sons and a daughter. He is a keen golfer, enjoys traveling, follows his football team as a season ticket holder, and enjoys running to keep fit.
