Neil Tyagi

Role
An executive board member, Neil is responsible for the company’s financial, legal, and commercial activities, as well as programme management and human resources. Neil is also Helix’s company secretary.
Education
Executive MBA (with Distinction), University of Oxford (Saïd Business School). Neil is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Experience
Neil’s career began with an accountancy firm in 1990. Financial posts with the NHS and an IT consultancy followed before he joined the UK subsidiary of the German multi-national Eagle Burgmann Industries in 1998. Progressing through the group, he became Senior Director of Finance (North Europe) in 2016 running the business with his Norwegian counterpart in parallel with his Managing Director role for the two UK subsidiaries. Neil joined Integral Powertrain Limited as CCO in February 2019.
Outside work
Neil is married with three adult children. An enthusiastic gym goer, he occasionally participates in mid-distance runs and is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, he was UKSA British heavyweight champion in full-contact kick-boxing in 1990. He can often be found riding his beloved Triumph motorcycle or watching/attending the rugby.
